Chance Management was created in 1989 to serve a group of hospitality businesses in Colby, Kansas. Through sustained success, those businesses are still clients. Led by our senior management team, we are guided by our values and dedicated to our mission: Chance Management builds wealth for our clients through innovation, growth, profitability and guest loyalty.
Jayson Woofter began his hospitality career when he and his family opened the Oasis Travel Center in 2003. The center contains unique retail items as well as three popular food concepts, including Starbucks, Qdoba and Quiznos. Gaining valuable experience in all aspects of the operation and taking the lead as they opened each new food outlet, Jayson served as General Manager of the travel center until 2013, when he joined Chance Management. When the Petro Lube became a client in 2013, Jayson assumed responsibility for that business, re-establishing a local base while growing sales exponentially.
