About Us

Chance Management was created in 1989 to serve a group of hospitality businesses in Colby, Kansas. Through sustained success, those businesses are still clients. Led by our senior management team, we are guided by our values and dedicated to our mission: Chance Management builds wealth for our clients through innovation, growth, profitability and guest loyalty.

When the Petro Lube became a client in 2013, Jayson assumed responsibility for that business, re-establishing a local base while growing sales exponentially.
